I will not do extremely complex characters for this.

You get: a still image, the high quality gif, and a crappy quality gif for Toyhouse because Toyhouse hates quality.

The standard for the base price is 5 seconds long and 25 fps, and is guaranteed to include standard moving hair (3 individual parts), moving + blinking eyes (if the chosen expression allows it), moving eyebrows, moving head, and moving arms.
For more movement, expression changes, hand gesture changes, longer overall animation, complicated characters etc, the price will increase as follows:

❥ | Longer overall animation: +€10 per 2 seconds added, I will only add in batches of 2.
❥ | More movement: +€10-€15 per added movement, depending on complexity.
Examples: twitching kemonomimi ears, tail swish, moving in and out of the frame, moving accessories, more than 3 individual hair parts.
❥ | Expression changes: +€15-€20 per change depending on how much I need to add to make a fluent expression change possible.
❥ | Hand gesture changes: +€15-€20 per change depending on how much I need to add to make a fluent gesture change possible.

I won't do any other changes/additions than the ones mentioned. This includes major changes to the YCH base.
I can, however, decrease the size of the character in the frame to make more of the animation visible.

Please keep in mind that any and all additions will influence the file size. This will not affect the HQ gif I send to you (like, if the file size ends up being 500 mb... so be it lol), but it will influence whether or not you can upload a crappier version of the gif to Toyhouse at all.

*The price of this one may be up for change. These animations are like Live2D animations, but made in After Effects, and take a significant amount of time to make. I'll have to see how complicated requests can get, how long they will proceed to take me, and if I would be underselling myself with the current pricing.

The carrd version will never be completely outdated, but please refer to my TOS on Toyhouse ss well to make sure you have read a version that includes commissions, customs AND adoptables.

❥ | I will draw the following:
- Complicated designs
- Light mecha
- NSFW
- Human/humanoid/furry/anthro (MAYBE feral)
- Big scenes of up to 5 characters total❥ | I will NOT draw the following:
- Heavy mecha
- Massive vehicles (e.g. big/detailed space ships)
- Feral NSFW
- NSFW topics that don't align with my morals and/or make me uncomfortable (e.g. certain fetishes, l#licon/sh#tacon, full-on noncon - to make sure whether I will or won't draw something, feel free to simply ask!)❥ | To commission me, please shoot me a DM through Instagram or friend me on Discord (preferred).
❥ | Payment is through PayPal only.
❥ | Payment should be made in full after the sketch has been approved.
❥ | I don't offer refunds unless I know cannot complete your commission! However, due to there already being a sketch (thus work done), refunds will only be 50% of the originally paid price and you will still receive a not-obnoxiously-watermarked version of the sketch. Please keep this in mind.
❥ | I normally take up to 2-3 weeks to complete a commission after payment has been made, depending on my queue, how big the request is, and how real life is faring. The longest I've taken to this day is 6 weeks after payment was made; please keep this in mind! I will regularly keep you updated on what's going on with your commission, especially if it's taking longer than expected.
❥ | These commissions are for personal use only - you CANNOT profit off of my art in any way, shape or form.
❥ | DO NOT feed my art into an AI or make NFTs out of it. You will instantly be blocked and blacklisted.
❥ | I retain the right to use my art however I see fit - e.g. on my commission example list, to promote myself, or in my personal portfolio. Please do feel free to tell me if you really do not want me to use your comm for these means!!
❥ | Please credit me for my art when you use it somewhere.
❥ | The watermark stays on duri-//KICKED
My watermark should not be removed. On request, I can provide versions where it's not as in the way, but I will not remove it completely!
❥ | I will NOT draw anything glorifying/promoting nasty topics and harmful behavior such as hate speech, harrassment and bigotry. This includes but is not limited to: racism, LGBTQ+phobia, ableism, pedophilia, zoophilia, etc.
❥ | I will NOT draw NSFW commissions for minors. If I cannot reliably verify your age, I will not accept NSFW requests - no exceptions, no matter how much you offer to pay me. In addition, even if I can verify your age myself, I will still ask for it when an NSFW commission is requested and keep a record of the conversation, and I may refuse the commission anyway if you refuse to answer.
❥ | I am at all times allowed to turn down a request.
❥ | Do not ever blatantly copy or trace any art you get from me.

❥ | II: Customs

❥ | All commission bullets apply here as well.
❥ | I only make human, humanoid and maybe anthro customs! I don't offer feral customs (this includes MLP). Other than that, I also offer mascot species customs (e.g. succubuns).
❥ | Turn-around time on customs may be longer depending on the request - think anywhere between 2 and 10 weeks. Just like with commissions, you will receive regular updates, especially if it's taking longer than expected.
❥ | I can make any minor edits you want at any point in the design process, however I will upcharge for sudden major design overhauls - e.g. I finish a previously approved outfit and am suddenly told to design a new one from scratch, or I finish lining the character and am suddenly told to start over with an entirely different pose (or adjust large parts of the pose, e.g. an entire arm/leg). Depending on the intensity of the request, upcharges may range anywhere from half of the custom's price to double the price. Please put sufficient thought into your wishes before relaying them to me, and please make sure you are actually satisfied with the sketch before telling me so!
❥ | Like with my adoptable designs, please do not sell my custom designs for more than you got them for when there is no extra art present.
❥ | Credit me as the original creator of the design where due.
❥ | You CANNOT monetize or make profit off of my art. You can, however, make your own art of the design I made you and monetize that!
❥ | Do NOT use my designs to promote/glorify harmful, violent, bigoted and downright nasty behavior. Examples include, but are not limited to: racism, LBTQIA+phobia, sexism, ableism, pedophilia, zoophilia, etcetera. You're free to make the character e.g. homophobic, sexist or a bigot for story reasons since not all people are good people - as long as their actions are villainized accordingly.
❥ | You're free to redesign your custom to your heart's content. Just make sure that it continues to resemble the OG design for at least 20% so you don't end up with two wildly different characters :>
PLEASE be mindful when adjusting the skin color and/or weight of an adopt. Negatively charged changes or changes made with harmful intent towards minorities/marginalized groups, will be met with a block and blacklist. Even when a change of this nature is not made with harmful intent, I will no longer do business with you in the future. If you wish to make a significant change like this (e.g. turning a dark-skinned design light-skinned or turning a chubby design skinny), I ask that you please educate yourself on why changes like this are harmful, and simply design a new character that suits your needs instead.
